Dustair are able to provide any form or size of duct system manufactured in varying grades or forms of materials.
This includes flanged, slip jointed and clip together ductwork systems from plastics, galvanised, mild and stainless steel from 1mm up to and beyond 6mm thick. Construction can be in the form of lockformed or welded construction. Dustair can also undertake to supply all forms of bespoke duct fabrication regarding thicknesses up to and including 10mm plate. This includes filter cabinets, hoppers, steelwork structures, platforms and walkways, brackets and noise control equipment. The latter includes in-duct silencers and acoustic enclosures in various materials.

Dustair are able to design and manufacture specialist enclosures or constructions to suit bespoke applications. Here we have a fabricated enclosure designed to contain the fumes generated by a robot welder but requiring overhead access for crane movement. The enclosure had to be independently supported from the rear and able to hinge open to allow loading and unloading of the equipment. The lower image is a stack skimmer designed to capture any condensate from the interior surface of a chimney before discharging the air to atmosphere. These were both complete bespoke designs, manufactured by Dustair and installed at our clients overseas.

Special swinging hood design for furnace ventilation in the USA. The design was carried out in the UK by Dustair with drawings sent for fabrication to be carried out local to the customer in the USA. Air was extracted through the ductwork that formed the support column for the swinging assembly.
High pressure blowers for strip drying application in Northern Europe. The high-pressure blowers fed a series of chevron nozzles so the air was ejected at 20,000 fpm to drive water droplets off the passing strip on a metal strip processing line.
