Regrinds

We offer a complete regrind / re-sharpening service on circular, straight, toothed and special knives which increases the life of the blades and efficiency of the machine. This will bring your knives back to an as new condition which is considerably cheaper than a new set of knives.

Circular Knives
We sharpen / regrind circular knives, plain, saw or scalloped edge for many industries including poultry, paper and reclamation from 40mm to 350mm diameter and log saw knives. Many of our customers choose a weekly or bi-weekly collection and delivery service to suit their needs.

Straight, Guillotine & Toothed Knives
We can regrind / re-sharpen guillotine, granulators, chipper, paper, plastic, reclamation & straight knives up to 3 meters (10 feet) in length. We can also re-profile toothed & zig-zag knives including saw and scallop toothing.

Special Knives
We are also able to sharpen special knives, this includes knives used in the Poultry industry, CAP, ACM and vent drills. If it has a cutting edge, we can re-sharpen it.

Collection & Delivery
We can collect and deliver anywhere in the UK within 24 hours with competitive shipping rates and a quick turnaround. If a job is urgent in some cases we can regrind the sameday.
