Made and fitted by our team of highly-trained lift engineers, the A4000 is delivered ready to install, with work completed in a matter of days with minimal disruption to your home. The A4000 home lift comes with its own fully prefabricated shaft, which means no costly construction work is needed to create a lift shaft. As an installation only requires one strong supporting wall to fix the guide rails and a pit depth of just 50mm.
If you want a lift installing into a new building property, we can liaise with your builder directly to make life easier by having the lift installed during construction.
24/7 technical support
In case of emergencies, or if your lift unexpectedly fails, our experienced team of hydraulic lift technicians are always on hand to get the problem sorted. For your A4000, you can choose which communication system you’d like to have installed which will link you directly to the Cibes 24/7 control centre from the inside of the lift if you need assistance.
If one of our technicians cannot resolve the issue with telephone assistance, you will instantly be allocated a technician to come and resolve the problem.
