Robseal 3-Point Flat Roof Maintenance Programme

RRS 3-Point maintenance programme comprises of:

  1. Initial flat roof survey:
    An experienced member of our team will visit your roof and conduct a visual survey. You will receive a report detailing any potential weak areas and general condition of your roof.
  2. Remedial works:
    Any problems highlighted in the report will be addressed to bring the roof to a watertight standard that can be maintained and problem-free.
  3. Health Checks:
    We will return at a convenient time to conduct annual or bi-annual health check visits, ideally pre- and post- winter period. You will receive an email report after the visit on the ongoing condition of your roof.

Inspections for Insurance Companies/Home Owners

Historically, flat roofing has acquired a bad name with insurance companies and, as a consequence, with house buyers too. Although the quality of flat roofing, if it is installed correctly, has improved dramatically, the bad press is hard to rectify.

Leak Testing

Often, it is easy for our experienced staff to find the cause of water ingress to a property. However, there are occasions where it is not possible, and this is when an electronic test is important. A thorough report of the findings of the electronic test, moisture map and thermographic is provided along with an explanation of the implications of the findings and possible remedies.
