Our Custom Made Flight Cases use top quality recessed fittings and 10mm or 12mm aluminium faced birch plywood to give you a case that will endure the toughest handling whist keeping the contents safe and secure.

Foamed interiors can be Custom Made to protect and secure items that are to be shipped or transported.

Multiple layers may be made to allow smaller items to be stacked to maximise use of space inside your cases with CNC or die cut foam inserts dependant on the customers requirements.

Custom Made Flight Cases are bespoke built and our page only serves to illustrate the case type and construction.

We do not stock standard sizes.

Wheels of several types and sizes and stacking 'latch on' fittings may also be used to enable 'towering' of multiple cases with the same footprint to be wheeled to your destination.

Rack mount options are available in (almost) any “U” height.

These bespoke build cases are subject to a minimum order quantity of 10 off per design due to factory set up costs.
