Wembly Expansion for Cup Manufacturer

As the business has grown so has the need for storage space and in 2003 there was expansion into a second storage unit. In October of this year the business expanded into a third unit of two and half thousand square feet which provides increased capacity for the enlarged range of products Kavis sources from around the world.

“We are delighted to be able to expand our distribution centre because we are very established here,” said Kavis Manager Chirag Shah, “We needed more space to enable us to operate more efficiently and provide a faster more streamlined service. The new unit is located nearer the entrance of the Business Centre so it will make access a lot more convenient. It's a good solution from a business point of view because we have been able to improve our processes without the need to be at two different locations or to move to a completely new site.”

Kavis is also investing in its transport services and will take possession of the first new delivery vehicle in November. This investment in facilities demonstrates the commitment Kavis is making to become the UK's leading supplier of Catering Disposables and Food Presentation, Packaging and Hygiene Solutions.
