Toolstation Changes to Free Delivery Policy

For any orders over £10, Toolstation now offer a free delivery service, allowing smaller companies, with regular orders to benefit.

Toolstation runs efficiently across all channels, keeping costs low so that it can pass on savings to its customers.  Marketing Director Neil Carroll explained the new move: “We are committed to keeping prices really low.  Our price match guarantee demonstrates this and we know from customer feedback that it is something we are respected for.  Our new lower £10 minimum order value for free delivery means that more customers will qualify for the service, and benefit from the cost saving.”
 
Toolstation has also introduced a new ‘Click and Collect’ option as well, making purchasing even more flexible for customers.  Orders can now be placed by freephone or online for collection at any Toolstation Sales Counter so those in a hurry for goods do not need to wait at home for delivery.
Both these enhancements come as the company expands its range yet again to over 10,000 product lines.  The new product introductions, over 200 lines, are featured in the latest Toolstation catalogue 27 which comes in a handy pocket-sized A5 format.
