New look and new direction for EMC Advertising Gifts

EMC has powered on this year with a program of change to modernise their offerings and branding.

The new, forward looking management team at EMC, headed by Simon Kay and Gina Tofallis, has introduced a new website and fortnightly email campaigns, to offer customers more ways to receive offers and a better view of their products. Simon says; “The aims for the new website were to be clear in appearance and user friendly with a variety of methods, including the left hand A-Z product group listing, dropdown menus, progress trails and a much improved search engine”.

“We have decided to drop online ordering for the moment in favour of encouraging our customers, to get in touch with us by phone, email and through our online quote and sample request form. This way we can offer our promotional gifts expertise to ensure the customer is getting the best deal available and the most suitable product for their budget and their promotion. We continue to offer great products at great prices and are sticking by our £35 order and delivery charge made once across any number of products in your order unlike our competitors, who continue to charge £25-£45 origination on each colour and each product and charge for delivery in addition”.

In reference to the current market Simon continued; “Times are definitely hard but so long as companies keep reminding their clientele that they are there and keen to fulfil their needs they should feel optimistic about continuity of business.  It is a brave company that lowers its profile in the market at the time of the highest need to attract new and repeat business”.

EMC are continuing with a strategy of search engine optimisation to improve web search positions, pay-per-click advertising, catalogue distribution, trade, local and national press advertisements and have recently sent out a complimentary sample pack to all their customer mailing list.
