I am writing this account to hi-light the fantastic service that I received from Josh, on Thursday, October 8, 2020 near to closing - short of 5 p.m. This pleasant young man went out of his way after his shift was virtually over last week at Wokingham A1 Car Spares but his willingness to help me along with his decent attitude really touched me. I was seeking the glass piece only for a Driver's side wing-mirror and a hub cap to fit my V W Lupo and had travelled from the outskirts of Woking via Guildford in Surrey: a good 50 mile round trip, having only once travelled to use these services before a good year and some months before I had been quoted a price and been informed of the availability of these parts a couple of days prior to arrival.The Gentleman on Reception was also most welcoming and content to wait whilst these parts were sought and removed from scrapped cars on site despite it being their time to begin closing procedures.I felt that I was taken seriously and treated humanely which, having worked in varying customer service roles amongst other different employment positions over many years within many industries in all sorts of positions that offers me perhaps, a certain perspective on the many services that I receive in my day-to-day life.I left after quite a pleasant conversation that went beyond small talk that left me feeling more positive, looked after and made to feel really worthwhile on this occasion. I want to commend Josh for his genuine people skills and willingness to go beyond this job expectations when the time of closing had long elapsed for I had left everything to the last minute so could have left quite disappointed that day.I have much faith in A1 Car Spares at Wokingham, in particular after having tried several other outlets for these parts in advance.Thank-you to Josh in particular and A1 Car Spares, Wokingham.Natalie.
