We own a small care home in West Devon and we have been in the process of refurbishing our existing home as well as our new dementia wing which is due to open in the near future. We have been fortunate to have engaged Access 21 care interiors since June 2014 to help with our designs and procurement. The executive director Eda Brooks and her team provide a high quality professional service. They have ensured we have been completely happy with all ideas and helped us achieve our varied individual room designs. A host of available materials and samples and samples on offer were provided, as well as valuable advice in specifics, such as specialist dementia design advice. They have been most helpful in sourcing the most competitive prices between suppliers in order to meet our budget, but without compromising on quality. Without a doubt we would recommend Access 21 as being a totally professional and reliable company and it's been an absolute pleasure working with them.

The Aurora Care Group has worked with Access 21 Interiors on a series of projects for more than eleven years. We find them proactive in proposal, enjoyable to work with and always willing to resolve dilemmas cheerfully and sensibly. Included in the interior design work they have done for us was the hugely successful renovation of Hurst Manor in Somerset which won the 2008 Pinder National Care Home Design Awards. We have every intention of continuing to work with Eda Brooks and her team on future projects.

After extensive research into specialist providers of chairs for care homes, I first recommend Access21 to a client in 2007. The project involved the furnishing of two care wings for people with dementia and a further wing for people with other high dependency needs. Eda Brooks of Access 21 and her staff worked closely with Chapplow Wilson Associates to create a homely environment in resident's rooms and living rooms. On this occasion a variety of styles and heights of chairs were provided with upholstery fabric to meet not only the design theme of the rooms by also the practical needs of residents and staff. At every step of the process, Eda and her staff were attentive and helpful, culminating in their personal delivery service to the project in Guernsey. All-in-all a five star personal and professional service from Access21. As a consequence of the success of the Guernsey project, the company are currently in the running to provide a range of chairs for a dementia care home in Gibraltar.

From the first point of contact with Access 21, I was impressed with how professional they were and the expert knowledge they had. During the design briefings I felt they really listened to what we wanted to achieve and were able to guide me through the many options available and make useful suggestions with regards to layout and furnishings. The designs produced were exactly on point with the specifications we required and the finished project is superb. Friendly, professional and helpful throughout.
