We required the services of Altirium when 2 of our mirrored disk failed to come up following a planned power outage. This was further hampered by our inability to restore from backup due to an incomplete/corrupt file system save. The response from them was absolutely fantastic, very informative and right from the off we were re-assured and kept informed every hour. We are extremely grateful for all the efforts of Altirium, in particular Mark Sear, without whom we would be looking at a full system/application rebuild. I would recommend Altirium to all my contacts as they certainly know their stuff !!!
