My company set up a contract with Andaway and I have to say since we did this things have been good jay our account manager helps with everything and nothing is too much trouble they are in touch with the homes and head office and ensure that the services run smoothly, they also have a 24 hour call out witch is amazing and reassuring to know that if anything was to happen our services can call anything and take advise it have an engineer come out.
As a provider who has experienced a number of suppliers in the care sector, I can say Andway and in particular Jay & Lydia are amongst the best in the business. The only supplier I am aware of, who implement your organisations own budgetary and accounts processes and procedures into the way they work. This is invaluable in delivering market leading quality at extremely competitive costs.Quite simply a 5 Star supplier!

I am only a private customer buying a small number of products for use at home. My order is placed by phone and the Andway staff are most helpful and friendly. I collect the products from the store an hour or so afterwards. They are always boxed and someone generally brings the box to my car. First rate.
Great service and quick and prompt delivery. Always get my delivery on a Wednesday and if for any reason they miss it they get it sent out the next day by courier.
I have worked with Andway a few times over the years and have always found them helpful , reasonable priced and nothing is too much trouble. When I changed location I had no hesitation in ringing Andway and they have been fantastic, they have made sure that we have had adequate stock throughout the Pandemic. We purchased your actichem products and would just like to say how good these products are. They are long lasting so are cost effective, they have a nice smell and clean well. We find them easy to use with them being colour coordinated. We are very pleased with these products and will continue to order.
