Very poor service from this company. We purchased some oil on their online site, and received confirmation of purchase. The day after, they contacted us to say that they actually wanted more money, and declined to supply the goods. This was not a massive pricing discrepancy, so not an obvious error. They then refused to honour the purchase, again saying they wanted more money. I only do business with trustworthy companies, and I do not think this sort of conduct is how a trustworthy company would behave. There are plenty of oil suppliers, so look elsewhere and find someone you can build a good honest long term relationship with - not these people.
