I ordered products online which we're not delivered to me due to me having to work away at short notice. Courier would only hold items for 5 days before returning to Dabners. Have since contacted Dabners on several occasions to arrange refund, to no avail. I have contacted courier who confirmed items were returned to Dabners. Not a great service at all to be fair - no items received and no refund organised despite chasing!!!
