Based in the Allgäu region of Southern Germany, we are an expanding, globally active family-run foundation company with more than 800 employees worldwide. Our high quality products are designed and manufactured in our carbon-neutral premises in Germany. With our innovative, non-contact sensor products, we support our customers worldwide in manufacturing industrial machines and vehicles that set standards in terms of performance, operator comfort, safety and quality.
Our four product groups are machine safety, level measurement, sensors and operator controls. All include a wide range of standard products that can be customised to suit individual applications.
Machine Safety
The products in our machine safety range ensure the safe and efficient use of machines and complex systems. Available in plastic or stainless steel, our products include a range of emergency stop buttons, magnetically actuated and RFID safety sensors, safety relays and safety interlocks. There is also a range of modular and configurable safety systems such as our eloProg and eloFlex safety control units. The product range is completed with a range of safety sensors with ATEX approval.
Level Measurement
Our level measurement products are designed to operate in adverse media and are available in a variety of materials for a variety of industrial applications as well as for measuring fuel in off-highway vehicles. The range starts with mini float switches and broken finger switches and includes fuel level sensors and suction pipes.
Sensors
Based on Hall, MEMS, magnetoresistive or ultrasonic principles, our sensors are precise and contactless, making them wear and maintenance free. The range of sensors available includes tilt and angle sensors, position detection sensors including proximity switches, plunger operated switches and vane switches, and also ultrasonic sensors for a variety of measurement and detection applications.
Operator Controls
Our comprehensive range of standard products for operating and controlling mobile machinery is based on a modular design so the products can be quickly and effectively customised to suit your applications. The product range has been ergonomically designed for operator comfort and fatigue free operation. Included in the range are single axis and multi axis joysticks, thumbwheels, steering column switches and push buttons. We can also develop customised solutions armrests for off-highway vehicles, including our modular armrest MA225 midi.
Ultrasonic Sensors
The newest addition to our product range is our ultrasonic sensors. Precise, flexible and reliable, they provide a solution for every application, both in industrial and challenging off-highway environments. Five types of ultrasonic sensors are available, with 2 operating modes, 3 designs and 6 outputs to choose from. There is also an ATEX certified version, and they are IO-link compatible.
