Carol Baldwin and Peter Robinson established encore Encapsulation in 1991 in support of the local printing trade. Initial start-up was from a single unit within Swallow Mill, with one laminating machine and one auto-cutter. The company now operates from the equivalent of eight units, still within Swallow Mill, but now with the three automatic lines and two others. These machines are run and managed by some of the “ Film Stars.

Our customer base now spreads to all areas of the U.K.

These include Architects, Engineering Consultants, training establishments, colleges & schools, retailers, solicitors, travel agents and many more. However, they all have in common an appreciation of Encapsulated printed material, either to protect and prolong the life of the print, or to enhance the perceived value of an advertised item, to assist in sales presentations, or merely because the printed matter for display purposes … will appear a whole lot better Encapsulated.
