About us

Guillotine England was formed by a husband and wife team, Jerome and Ju Kitson, specialising in the supply of fine and elegant gilets tailored from the finest British Herringbone Tweeds.
 
Our pure wool tweed gilets are woven in the famous Abraham Moons and Sons Mill in Yorkshire. The gilets are unique as they are designed and produced to provide a fashionable and stylish gilet that is versatile and well suited to country escapades as well as cosmopolitan pursuits. The sleeveless jacket can be worn at every occasion, indoors and outdoors, as it is suitable for British seasons as well as Alpine winters. The gilet collection provides you with a classic yet modern and enduring addition to any gentleman or lady’s wardrobe.

Gilets are interlined with “Thinsulate” for customers wanting warmth without the bulk when out shooting, fishing, hunting or simply in the countryside walking their dog. In addition we have a liberty lined gilet range for customers who have daytime and night time pursuits to attend.

Particular attention has been paid to the British nehru collared design - the collars are lined with colourful moleskin for comfort and flair.
