HCL Fasteners Ltd was established in 1994. Originally HCL simply produced one product the Herbie Clip Plastic Hose Clamp then as the years progressed the product range expanded to include Ezyclik-P and the Smart range of strapping and cable protection products. In 2010 HCL took the step of partnering up with a number of other Well know Hose Clamp manufacturers to provide a comprehensive Hose Clamp offering to both the UK & USA markets. HCL has grown steadily over these years and in 2014 moved into their new premises including both Hi-Tech manufacturing & Distribution Capabilities
HCL are well known for manufacturing quality products and the Herbie Clip is a brand which is known world-wide and associated with high quality & performance. In Addition HCL are specialists in designing and providing Installation Tool support for all their OEM products
