About us

Herga Technology Ltd (Part of Variohm Holdings Group) design, manufacture and export footswitches, hand controls and sensing products for a wide range of medical and industrial control applications. We have our own high tec, in-house facilities which enables us to offer an endless range of design capabilities such as plastics moulding, electrical assembly, rapid prototyping, printed circuit board design, 3D solid modelling and more. Herga are also pioneers of switching solutions which use infra-red and Bluetooth technology.

Up to 50% of our range is exported through Herga distributors worldwide.

Herga Technology Ltd customers include Leica Microsystems, R S Components, Olympus, Carl Zeiss Meditec and Getinge Group.
