InspHire Express - poorly devised Software. The old saying is true "if you pay peanuts you get monkeys" I've found it difficult to carry out some very simple tasks, one of which is issuing a credit note!! (I have never had any issue with my other software programmes - Sage etc. it's definately not user error!) Their aftersales is also very poor, they allow a few (think it's 5/6) free support calls after which you have to pay a fortune; I find this unfair as the problems I have encountered have all been due to the awful design of the programme.
