We also offer the service of strenghening of the joists, this is mainly used when the house is old and the joists are very weak or when there is going to be a great deal of wait going to be put into the loft space.

The flooring we use is P5 18mm tongue and groove chipboard, this means the boards are treated for damp proof etc, and whatever heat is in the house will not escape through the loft space but infact will get pushed back down so that in time you will be saving money on your heating bills.
