New replacement assemblies designed in house with ball nuts manufactured at our facilities in the UK. We provide a ballscrew repair service for your existing ball screw assembly. Our repair department will provide a free of charge assessment condition report and quotation for repair or refurbishment.

Our business relies on quality workmanship delivered on time every time and Kugel delivers this on every job, we can quote for ballscrew repair work safe in the knowledge that Kugel will deliver a quality repaired ballscrew within the time quoted and to a “near new” condition.Kugel has become our supplier of choice for both refurbished and new ballscrews, we originally sourced new ballscrews from the original ballscrew manufacturer however following extensive collaboration with Kugel they supplied new replacement ballscrews for a machine project, the ballscrews worked better than the originals improving surface finish and reducing circularity errors to under 0.010mm. We now use Kugel for both refurbished and new ballscrew supply.
