About us

Established in 1988, Leap Products was formed as a private company specialising in CNC milling and turning, metal fabrication and pressing.  We are dedicated in providing our clients with the highest quality standards and services. Leap Product comprises of three main departments:
 

  • CNC Milling - CNC Milling provides us with the means to produce tooling at a competitive price and with the 3D machining through computer programming, makes batch work cost-effective.
  • Metal Fabrication & Pressing - Welding, Fabrications and Presswork: Large and small fabrications in all materials undertaken. TIG and MIG Welding of stainless steels and aluminium alloys. Supplying customers in the chemical, catering, retail and building industries.
  • CNC Turning - Machining Services: Cam autos and lathes producing large quantities of accurate components in all metals and many plastics, up to a maximum of 75mm diameter. Management and staff have particular skills in the machining of stainless and high tensile steels, aluminium and brass.
We work in close co-operation to provide efficient and cost effective manufacturing and design services to you, our customer meeting and exceeding your requirements. Our ability to produce own tooling in-house, leads to reductions in lead time and final cost as well as a full inspection department ensuring standards are met and quality and accuracy is continuously maintained.

We have worked with many customers from a variety of different industries throughout the UK, these include; Consumer goods, retail display, automotive and aerospace to name a few.
