Service was good and the mirror arrived well packaged in about 5 days. I had paid extra for 48 hour delivery but the lady that I spoke to was very understanding and the £15 extra that I paid was refunded. Despite this hitch I would use mirrorworld again.
We had never bought an acrylic mirror before, but we wanted one that was light weight for the caravan. We are really pleased with it and it looks just like a glass The order came quicklyand we would recommend the company without hesitation

I am absolutely delighted with my new wavy mirror. Delivery was prompt and the product was as described. Sadly, the first mirror delivered was cracked. I was a little concerned when I could only register my complaint by email but needn't have worried as I quickly received a response and a replacement was despatched immediately. This arrived in perfect condition.
Good service a little bit slow when delivering the mirror but i understand that it was a large mirror and they delivered with there own transport other than that great to deal will and the sec on two way mirror i bought from them is so stylish with the tv behind it.Brian Desport
