Our PU foam moulding facility includes dual hardness PU
moulding, combustion modified high resilience flexible foam CMHR, semi rigid
flexible foam, integral skin foam, rigid PU Foams and urethane cast
elastomers.
Contract and volume production and prototype PU moulders.
Modern manufacturing facility including robotic pouring, multi-station
carousels and turntables, aluminium and GRP PU foam tooling, high and low
pressure foam machines. Extensive prototyping including free standing tool
clamping rigs and high pressure foam machines.
