The service we received from this company was abysmal.We had some film fitted and the sealant was completed by a worker who admitted to being unqualified for the job. We spoke to Stuart Peacock, the manager, and he was rude and obnoxious and accused us of lying shortly before hanging up the phone. We sent through via email some photos of the work and without apology he reluctantly sent another man out to redo some of the work. The man that came to redo the work was shocked at the standard and immediately saw he had to remove everything and start the job again. Still no apology.After a further two days of wasted time reinstalling the window film, we spoke again to Stuart and he refused to apologise and talk about the appalling way we had been treated and once again hung up the phone mid conversation. We were civil and reasonable with him, however we have never experienced such rudeness and shocking business skills relating to customer satisfaction. This whole process has taken over 2 months with many emails in which our concerns and questions were repeatedly ignored. Stuart refused to take any responsibility for the incredibly poor standard of work and was disgustingly rude throughout the process.We hope this has been a helpful insight to the atrocious way this business is run by Stuart Peacock and warn any prospective customers from using this firm.
