Came originally for the low prices, kept coming back for the great customer service. Only slight complaint is that they could be a bit better at ensuring that their website accurately reflects which products are in/out of stock at any given time - however they are good at recommending alternatives if the product you want isn't in stock.

Solent Plastics have a great range of protective cases and I needed some for my expensive audio gear. What I really like about them, is their huge range of cases in just about every conceivable size. In addition, the descriptions are good with a clear indication of the inner and outer dimensions... no guesswork and hoping for the best is needed. Finally, I find the prices very reasonable.
The quality of the hermetically sealed box was good and I was kept informed of its transit. I use several for storing my honey frames safely over the winter and my latest purchase is for honey and wax wrap sales at the front of my house. It keeps rain and spiders out, keeping my goods hygienic.

Bought some used euro boxes with lids and the process couldn't have been simpler. The website doesn't sell to you but puts in an order. You then get a phone call to pay and the goods arrived the next day. The used boxes were pretty much in new condition and I paid less than half the new price. Will be using these guys again.

Item turned up on time but was incorrect due to a simple mistake. Spoke with customer services and they sorted it straight away with no fuss, return was collected next day and received mine the day after. Very pleased with product and customer services I have ordered two more.
