Tool-Net Excellent Customer Care and Service"After receiving a Clarke generator as a gift at the end of last year 2011, the generator was not actually required for use February 2012. Unfortunately, the generator was found to have a starting problem which required that the machine was returned for repair or replacement under warranty. The same day that I contacted Tool-net customer service, an email was received with a carrier return label, included was instructions on how to prepare the generator for uplift.The Generator was uplifted at no cost to myself the following day.When I advised customer service that the generator had been uplifted, I made enquired if I could purchase a different model and pay the difference in price.This was agreed, the transaction was completed by telephone and the replacement generator arrived the following afternoon.The customer service given to me by Tool-Net has been first class, the staff and in particular I will mention "Mo" who dealt with my fault report throughout. His really helpful and understanding attitude was a credit to Tool-Net Customer Service.The price, delivery time and the customer service has all been superb through out. I can commend and will without doubt recommend Tool-Net with confidence not only for their prices, but as I found out by personal experience for their excellent customer care and service.Well done to all at Tool-Net, from a very satisfied customer.Iain W Devine

Purchased a Power8 Workshop on 6 April. Not only did I find the power8 workshop WS3 cheaper at Tool.Net than any other site, but on delivery there was a problem with One of the Power Cels. This was dealt with with minimum fuss and maximum haste. New PowerCel delivered WITHIN 3 days of notification of problem....... Talk about dealing with the problem.The workshop was delivered on the morning of Friday 8 April, I notice the problem that evening. I contacted Tool-Net on Monday 11 Apr and after 3 emails to Tool-Net and Cel-UK.com I had a new Power Cel delivered. Within 7 days of purchase I had received 2 deliveries....... Mate that's service.I would recommend Tool-Net to all DIY-er and professional alike becouse they deliver. CheersIrving Bradshaw

After spending some time pondering over where to buy a mig welder that suited my needs and not having much luck locally for the model I wanted I turned to tool-net as the price was very competitive and postage was reasonable to N. Ireland. The staff I dealt with over the phone and via e-mail were very helpful and professional with handling my order. The Clarke mig151EN was dispatched on a Thursday afternoon and arrived via parcel force at my door the following morning at 10.20am. My order was well packaged and no marks or signs of rough handling during it's delivery from tool-net to myself so I feel parcel force also deserve a mention for a very good service also.
