From Kilowatts... To Knots!

Integrated power solutions market leader, Socomec, is offering industry partners the opportunity to compete against peers and fellow professionals in some high level regatta racing in the 2013 Little Britain Challenge Cup this September.
Organised by – and for – the Construction and Property Industry, the event has donated in excess of £1 Million to selected charities since 1988, many of which help disadvantaged people discover the joy of sailing.The 2012 regatta raised £20,000 which was distributed between nine charities including the Ellen MacArthur Cancer
Trust,the Jubilee Sailing Trust, the Cirdan Sailing Trust and the Team GBR Paralympic Classes Squad.
In partnership with Advanced Diesel Engineering, Socomec will participate in the 3 day sailing event between 12th and 15th September.
Andrew Wilkinson, Regional Managing Director of Socomec comments: “We are delighted to be part of this exciting sporting challenge and look forward to sharing the event with our industry colleagues and, above all, raising funds for some exceptionally deserving causes.”
