Medpage Limited T/A Easylink UK have successfully achieved certification for our MP5V2 nocturnal seizure monitor.
The new model, developed with feedback from ESNA and professionals at Young Epilepsy uses patented technology owned by Medpage Limited to provide bedtime convulsive seizure detection for all ages. The Medpage MP5V2 utilises a microprocessor to analyse sleeping movements (including breathing) of a patient. Typical convulsive seizure activity detected by the advanced sensor is recognised by the system software resulting in alarm generation. The MP5V2 is supplied with 2 x alarm pagers. Simple controls are provided for movement detection sensitivity, alarm delay, and for integral microphone used to detect vocalizations proceeding or during a seizure.MP5V2 NOCTURNAL CONVULSIVE SEIZURE DETECTOR
