Aviva premiership side Worcester Warriors have recently received a much need site upgrade in the form of some artificial grass pitches.

Playing at the highest level of rugby union means that the Warriors need the best available facilities. A total overhaul of their surfaces was instigated towards the end of 2015, with brand new indoor and outdoor training pitches being constructed by Monkhouse Sport and Play.

This saw 9000sqm of Conqueror 60, IRB approved 3G surfacing installed to the outdoor training area and 1000sqm of Conqueror 60 IRB approved 3G surfacing to the indoor training area, alongside a rubber gym floor and a 4 lane running track.

Conqueror 60 from Playrite offers a safe, durable and consistent playing surface that interacts with the ball in a similar way to a natural grass pitch. A highly engineered impact performance surface it is ideal for the Warriors strenuous use in the training pitches.
