Vulvamet is a simple and cost effective material for sign and display, point of sale displays and highly suitable for partitioning, wall lining and even suspended ceilings.
Vulucamet is a composite sheet produced by fusing 2 coloured sheets of ultra thin aluminium to a polyethylene core. The sheet range consists of matt and gloss finishes in all the primary exit and safety colours plus gold, silver, bronze and mirrored gold and silver.Strong, yet lightweight with excellent bending strength, Vulucamet is an excellent substrate for digital and screen printing, vinyl lettering or spray painting which makes this a perfect material for hoarding panels or construction site signage. Vulucamet can easily be cut, formed or folded and when combined with it’s hardwearing surface finish this superb material is simply perfect for signage and shop fitting applications.
This new material has a Class O fire performance certificate enabling it to be used in confined public areas. Such is the integrity of this superb material. Apart from the formidable physical and aesthetics characteristics this brand new material is surprisingly competitive against most other types of plastic substrate.
Available in a very handy 2440x1220mm or a jumbo 3050x1500mm sheet and in three grades of aluminium thicknesses, this remarkable utility material can be used in a multitude of indoor and outdoor applications. With so many possibilities available for this material with applications in a wide range of industries. Vulcascot has already reported huge interest in this new material.
