An extensive range of phenolic and epoxy laminates are stocked by the Vulcascot Group ready for next day delivery anywhere in the UK in sheet or panel form.
From their Crawley Head Quarters this innovative Group is currently shipping their materials to countries as far afield as South America. the Middle East and beyond, as well as regular shipments into mainland Europe.At the heart of the Companys' product range is a unique G11 high temperature epoxy laminate which boasts a maximum operating temperatures of 180oC. Available for critical purposes is an FR4-HF material that also operates at a remarkable 180oC. This product is fire retardant as well as halogen free and in a working environment where fire is a major risk factor, this unique product is in a class of its own particularly when operating in sub surface applications.
The range of sheets produced with phenolic resin is equally extensive, from commercial grades of low voltage paper through to higher electrical qualities, all available in a variety of sheet sizes from stock. Similarly there are fine weave cotton phenolic sheets stocked in as many as 5 different sheet sizes and thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm through 150mm.
Coloured laminates of all descriptions including engraving, chalk board, dry wipes and numerous materials for the production of printed circuit boards and special high performance jigs and fixtures are all available in a large array of sheet sizes.
