High-tech ‘Kitchen Automation’ enhances food and customer service at the Anthologist

Sited in the heart of the city of London this modern bar offers food all day, featuring seasonal locally-sourced produce. The service needs to be as slick as can be, as customers at The Anthologist expect the best and they don’t like to be kept waiting. Most are on tight schedules and often combine business with pleasure when they visit. The high tech ConnectSmart Kitchen system allows front of house staff to relay order information directly to the chefs without leaving the dining area. Screens in the kitchen tell the chefs and other kitchen staff exactly what to prepare, in simple, easy to follow steps, and when to do it, so that the complete order is delivered to the table freshly prepared, and all at the same time. Previously Drake and Morgan has installed the ConnectSmart Kitchen system in The Parlour in Canary Wharf and so was familiar with how it speeds up service and improves the quality of the food. “We are very happy with the ConnectSmart System,” says Jillian MacLean managing director of Drake and Morgan. “It works well for us.”Other Press Releases By This Company
