Scaglia launch order picker with reel manipulator

Scaglia Indeva SpA have launched an order picker complete with manipulator for handling reels up to 3.5 meters in height.
Thanks to the Indeva Lftruck, one man only can carry out the complete work cycle relative to reel loading. The operator carries the pallet with reels up to the creel, uploads the creel from bottom to top (up to 3.3 meters in height), collects the empty tubes and the partitions between the reel layers on the pallet and places them into their containers on the truck. He then carries tubes and partitions to the waste collection spot meaning the job is carried out in a tidy and efficient way.The Indeva Liftrucks are complete reel handling workstations which include:
Order picker truck, complete with operator platform that can raise up to 1.7 meters from floor level, forks for carrying pallets featuring 69 cm of vertical excursion, foldable rack placed at the side of the platform for holding the cardboard partitions, container for the bar code reader, basket for the tubes, double roller bed for battery load/unload.
Indeva manipulator Liftronic series complete with double joint arm 1.3 meters long, orbital head tooling that can rotate the reels by 90°, 3.3 meter long tooling vertical excursion, main truck controls placed on the tooling to provide the operator easy and ergonomic control of all main functions.
