Victor's Lowerator Plate Dispensers Speed Service

While the working components in foodservice counters are crucial for safely and hygienically holding and serving hot and cold foods, equally important are the ancillary parts of the operation, namely plate dispensers.
British manufacturer, Victor Manufacturing produces a range of mobile plate dispensers – heated and unheated – in single or double stack options with lowerators. Also available, as part of the company’s Synergy range of ‘drop-in’ counter modules, are the heated and ambient inset plate units. Capacity for the all models is approximately 60 plates per tube, depending on plate depth, which adjusts to accept plate sizes between 210mm - 285mm. The adjustable guide rods and multi spring mechanism on the integral lowerators allow for easy adjustment for different plate sizes and weights.
Heated models are supplied with a lid and feature a 1kW heating element; thermostatic control with neon indicator; curly cable plug park; and a 13 amp supply.
The stainless steel cabinets have four heavy-duty castors, two of which are braked, and a removable crumb tray makes for easy cleaning. Single stack cabinets measure 600 x 400 x 900mm while the double stack version is 800 x 400 x 900mm.
Optional extras include push bar and corner bumpers, and lids for unheated versions. Larger plates can be accommodated to special order.
The Synergy drop-in plate lowerators have three adjustable guide rods mounted through a circular flange. Capacity is approximately 60 plates with size capacity ranging from 185 – 255mm on smaller models through to 210 – 285 on the larger units.
