TFC are continuously investing in training at every level, giving all team members the ability to develop not only the skills required to satisfy our customers, but to build a foundation to further their own careers.Offering a range of NVQ programs and managerial training structures, TFC focuses in these crucial areas to ensure that we have an exceptional team to meet the needs of our clients.
Our recent triumphs have included employees completing their Level 3 NVQ in Customer Service and two successful CFA Business Apprenticeships, to now become fully fledged Business Administrators within TFC.

• City & Guilds: Key Skills in Communication
