Slip Prevention in The Winter Months

Our HG extra coarse anti slip tape is the solution to areas effected with heavy ice and snow.
It’s around this time that the ice and show may well be descending upon us, and extra protection may be required around the work place. As well as getting the long johns out to keep warm, slip protection is also a necessity. While our regular and coarse is an excellent material for prevention against slips, in harsher ( and much colder ) times, the build up of extreme ice and snow can have an impact on the effectiveness of these grades of anti slip tape.
Our HG extra coarse material is the solution to this. Larger grit granules mean less confined space for ice and snow to build up in, leaving the anti slip surface to function effectively. Not only is it useful in areas with heavy ice and show, but in muddy areas all year round, this can be the suitable material to use, to prevent previously slippy areas, becoming slippy again once it is applied.
