Wessex Medical Ltd is a largely internet based medical supply company based in sunny Wiltshire. The managing director is a 25 year veteran of medical sales and is well known in the hospital and ambulance markets.
Taking the opportunity to establish his own company and firmly believing that a good sound customer service can be delivered via the internet, Wessex Medical is well on its way to proving the point.
Our aim is to provide a base for a large range of emergency medical products whilst still retaining a link to those customers who may want something different and we can source for them. We are also open to providing a UK outlet to some of the more reputable overseas manufactures that would like to establish themselves in the UK market.
Right from our early days it was important to provide a social side to the web site where professionals could mingle without the need to purchase, a bit like have a virtual coffee shop within the shop. To this end we host medical based forum and videos related to pre hospital world. There are also a growing number of downloads for you to access free of charge.
The most important aspect of our business strategy is to place the patient first, after that we aim to look after our customers so well they will want to return time and again, even if its just to say hello.
