West Cheshire Facilities ManagementPaid this company £700 to clean a flat prior to older gentleman returning home from hospital. The place was left filthy - I provided photos (more available on request) which showed that service had not been provided and was offered £150 rebate. Refused this but company just went ahead and paid into my account. Payment had been taken in advance and time was very short - it's now clear why that arrangement was in place.Half the items detailed in the quote were not completed, many parts untouched, and some remained in a shocking state.Recommended by Social Services - do not touch.
