Flat magnets
Our high performance flat magnets are coated in zinc-plated steel. With products made from three types of magnet, our flat retaining products can withstand up to 80°C and 200°C.
They are generally fixed in place with glue or grub screws. In our catalogue you can find our huge range of flat magnets, including magnetic screws for even easier affixing.
Cylindrical magnets
These long, circular magnets have superior strength and are ideal for recessing into a drilled hole for holding applications that require a larger magnetic field. Elesa cylinder magnets are perfect for any industry thanks to their durability and temperature stability.
Our range are made from steel, brass, and aluminium. We also feature a stainless steel cylindrical magnet which has a non-slip coating for better adhesion to the supporting surface.
Our selection includes magnets with threaded and pass-through holes, and smooth and threaded pins.
Unshielded magnets
The Elesa range features both unshielded flat magnets and cylindric magnets. Depending on the air gap between magnet and mating component, individual raw magnets can have substantially higher adhesive forces than magnet systems. Our unshielded magnets, made from high quality steel, are mostly affixed to components by gluing.
Horseshoe and profile magnets
Our range includes horseshoe magnets with a pass-through hole, and magnets for profile systems. Featuring an iron plate on their adhesive surface, our horseshoe magnets are high-performing and easy to use.
Elesa profile magnets are perfect for ensuring easy fixing of doors, covers and tools to aluminium profiles. They have been ergonomically-designed to prevent the slipping of fastening screws.
Magnet accessories
Our magnetic setting bolts are ideal for fixing parts to machinery as the locking nut can ensure the screw is safe and secure. Magnetic grub screws are generally used for maintaining the metal parts to be machined in position and are recommended for use with our flat magnets.
