Extremely durable deep matt finish.

Fenix NTM is a unique nanotech material that has been developed for interior design applications. It possesses outstanding physical properties and a unique matt appearance. Mentioned aspects are setting it in its own niche next to ceramic and acrylic materials.

This type of finish works perfectly in the design of modern-style contemporary kitchens but also blends in very well with natural materials.

For example, it may be mixed with natural veneers and different types of solid wood finished with wax, oil, lacquer or varnish. It can also be combined with our metallicBeton, ceramic, and stone finished elements.

Thanks to its unique characteristics, FENIX NTM can be used both for horizontal and vertical surfaces
and in an extensive range of typical interior design applications, both for home and business markets: kitchens, bathrooms, as a material for worktops, coating shutters, doors, and walls. It also suits well for hospitality and healthcare solutions.

FAQ

What is FENIX NTM

Fenix NTM is a type of nanotech material that is known for its durability, scratch resistance, and low-maintenance properties. It is a highly engineered material that is created by compressing layers of paper impregnated with thermosetting resins and then subjected to high heat and pressure.

This process creates a homogenous, non-porous material that is resistant to scratches, abrasion, heat, and stains. It has a matte finish that is soft to the touch and has a warm, velvety feel. Fenix NTM is available in a variety of colors and patterns, and it is commonly used for countertops, cabinets, and other interior surfaces.

One of the unique features of Fenix NTM is its ability to repair minor scratches through a process called “thermal healing”. This is achieved by exposing the affected area to heat, which causes the material to repair itself and restore its original appearance.

Overall, Fenix NTM is a highly durable and low-maintenance material that is ideal for use in high-traffic areas. Its unique properties and ability to repair minor damage make it a popular choice for both residential and commercial applications.

Is Fenix NTM sustainable and ecofriendly material?

Fenix NTM is considered to be a sustainable and ecological material because of its low environmental impact throughout its lifecycle.

Firstly, the manufacturing process of Fenix NTM uses a minimum amount of energy, which helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The raw materials used in its production are also sourced from sustainable sources.

Additionally, Fenix NTM is highly durable and long-lasting, which means it does not need to be replaced as often as other materials. This reduces the amount of waste generated and the need for frequent manufacturing.

Moreover, Fenix NTM is fully recyclable at the end of its life, meaning it can be reused or repurposed instead of being sent to a landfill. This reduces the environmental impact of the material and helps to conserve natural resources.

Overall, while no material is entirely free of environmental impact, Fenix NTM is considered to be a sustainable and ecological choice due to its durability, low energy production, and recyclability.

How much are bespoke kitchens from the FENIX NTM range?

The FENIX NTM line is one of our premium ranges.

The cost of a fully tailored kitchen in size, form, and colour would depend on the size, complexity of design, and other components used to manufacture your kitchen. Usually, we work in budgets oscillating between £15k and £50k.

What are typical sizes of the cabinets ?

Our furniture is made to measure, which in practice means that we adapt furniture not only to the size of your kitchen but also to your height and personal requirements so they will suit your needs in the best possible way. For example:

  • The height of the base cabinets may be between 820mm and 1000mm, and depth from 100 mm to 900mm.
  • The height of the wall cabinets is between 450mm to 1300mm, and the depth is between 100mm to 550mm.
  • The height of the tall larder cabinets is between 1800mm to 3500mm, and the depth from 100mm to 900mm.

The width of each cabinet may be from 150mm to 1200mm.

What is lead time for my bespoke kitchen ?

The lead time will depend on the period of the year and how busy we are.

Each kitchen is a separate project requiring a certain amount of time for design, manufacture and installation. Usually, it takes 3 to 6 months from proceeding with the order to finalise the installation.

That is why we always advise customers to start the process as soon as they are ready. It makes the whole process smooth and synchronised with other building works usually done during kitchen renovation.

This way reduces potential delays between different stages of work. Our customer kitchens are often manufactured earlier and waiting in our storage to be installed at the optimal time.
