Osmo Door Oil for internal wooden doors, is made from a unique combination of oils and waxes designed to protect veneered and solid wooden doors whilst maintaining the wood's natural characteristics. Osmo Door Oil is available in a clear Satin 3060 and lightly pigmented transparent matt version, 3033 Raw.

Tips for the Application Osmo Door Oil:

  • For exotic and timbers with a high level of extractives use Osmo Wood Wax Extra Thin. Always check with the manufacturer of veneered doors prior to application.
  • Always shake the can very thoroughly prior to use.
  • Do not sand the door any finer than 120 grit equivalent
  • Apply sparingly and ensure that any excess is removed before being left to dry
  • Use Osmo 4006 wood protector first in areas with high moisture such as bathrooms and kitchens. Always check with the manufacturer of veneered doors first. 4006 will darken the wood slightly so always do a test area first particularly with 3033.
  • Do not use washing up liquid or household cleaners on Osmo treated surfaces.
  • Ensure the area is well ventilated when applying
