The online order system didn't work so called the sales team. They pushed the idea of samples - great, I thought - this increased the cost of the order. Called them the evening of the delivery day to find my items were delivered to another address. Said they would call me back to confirm what they were going to do about it. They didn't. I have emailed them on numerous occasions - no response. Will never use this company again.
