Modern plastics afford the flexibility and cost effectiveness which traditional metal counterparts just cannot compete with, stability over a wide temperature range, resistance to chemical attack, impact and abrasion resistant, self lubricating and reduced maintenance costs.

Our high speed CNC lathes enable quick and efficient turning of plastic to very high standards. The precision CNC turning process allows for complex external geometrics and internal bores to be produced.

With continued investment in the latest and fastest machinery we can provide precision turned parts in short lead times, repeatedly and with accuracy.

Combined with our CNC lathes we have an array of conventional lathes, all are operated by time served highly skilled engineers.

Quality is a by word for us and to this end, we have a dedicated inspection department ensuring product quality and accuracy. Inspection is aided by the latest in co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM) systems and with state of the art 3D laser scanning allows us to prove 100% accuracy of part to drawing and also to reverse engineer from a part itself.
