A specialist area for Arnold’s, we have been pattern makers for over 20 years.

Our comprehensive approach to pattern making allows our clients to treat our production as an extension of their own facilities and coupled with our MIE Trak monitoring system we can indicate accurately delivery lead-times and performance compliance, particularly useful to clients from sectors that require quality, high performance and time sensitive parts.

Pattern making has always been a large part of our business, as it is the first stage in the Vacuum Forming process, & the jigs and fixtures required for trimming. Over the years this business has developed and grown, and Arnold’s now supplies Patterns & Prototypes to Automotive, Aerospace and F1 Industries.

Combining quality craftsmanship with the latest technology, operating from our state of the art facility, we have the latest 5 axis gantry milling machines, 3D scanning inspection facility as well as a bonding/finishing area.

Our workforce is highly experienced having pattern making and machining backgrounds in Automotive and F1.
