They left an elderly disabled couple homeless for nearly 6 weeks. They were due to arrive the first week of September but the could not make that appointment because one of their engineers was ill. Waited 5 1/2 weeks for another appointment, which they then said they could not get in (they have had the keysafe number 3 times!). Gave them the code again and they promised the work would be completed on Friday 30th September. They had not done a thing!The emergency numbers did not work and you could not leave a message over the weekend.Phoned them this morning (3rd October) at 8am. Darren Carter (I think) hung up on me and when I phoned back he would not send an engineer out to rectify their mistake the same day!Had to go back to the insurance company, who Aspect also refused to talk to until 9am.Absolute shambles of a company
