About us

Automatic Transmission Services in Mersea Island was set up to deal with automatic gearbox problems and automatic transmission repairs. We are a longstanding, family run business in Mersea Island, specialising solely in automatic transmission units and automatic gearbox repairs for 18 years. With our experienced team having in excess of 45 years experience in the overhaul and repair of automatic transmission units, we are here with advice, diagnostics and repairs when an automatic transmission problem occurs.
We take great personal pride that the majority of the work we undertake in our workshop is due to personal recommendations from satisfied customers and also recommendations from within the motor trade. Our policy is to be honest and open and the result is recommendations from main dealerships and independent motor traders. With our specialist knowledge of automatic transmission units, we’re known as ‘the gearbox company in Mersea’ and we trusted by the motor trade in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire to carry out automatic transmission repairs.
