About us

ASK4 Solutions began in 2006 under the name BirchenallHowden. Founded in Sheffield by Neill Birchenall and Phil Howden, the company grew year on year, principally via word of mouth from clients who valued the team’s customer-first approach.
The company was acquired by the ASK4 Group in 2019.
The acquisition allowed BirchenallHowden to combine with ASK4’s existing connectivity and Data Centre operations to form ASK4 Solutions, enabling us to provide truly integrated and advanced IT services for new and existing clients in the UK and Europe. Remaining in the centre of Sheffield, we provide a high level of service at competitive rates for organisations both nationally and internationally, providing “north-shoring” options for those looking to tighten budgets in essential areas.
