Blue-Castle provide Utility Management service for business like hotel; park home etc. We are owner of a holiday lodge in Cheshire which under Blue-Castle management. We reported our gas bill was incorrect but no safety advise or explanation for weeks, we than further noticed a incorrect electric reading and asked for an explanation, their customer service is shocking or should I say lack off. I had copy and paste the correspondence we received so you can make your own judgement. Be aware they are not registered with Ombudsman services being the middleman between main supplier, it shows in the way they response to their customer.
